Logistics stays with TRUKKIT.
TRUKKIT is a separate Charleston-based technology and operations venture founded by John Bell and developing a local hauling marketplace. Customer early access and TRUKKER interest are open; public booking is not yet available. Timing, service areas, provider activation, job eligibility, and availability remain subject to operational readiness. TRUKKIT.com governs current TRUKKIT operations.
No automatic bundle
One relationship does not require the other.
No automatic referral requirement, discount, priority, pricing, availability, data transfer, or performance promise exists between the ventures. Each separately controls its own scope and commitments.
Referred-client protection
Partner-referred service records stay service-only.
A documented customer introduced to TRUKKIT by a real estate professional, team, brokerage, association, or referral network is treated as service-only for the TRUKKIT relationship and is not used as a Southern Bell Living prospecting source. Current written terms, privacy notices, brokerage policy, client instructions, implemented system controls, and applicable law govern.
Provider role
Service work is not a brokerage role.
A TRUKKIT provider/operator is not authorized through TRUKKIT to provide, solicit, recommend, or refer real estate brokerage services. Provider agreements, actual practices, applicable law, and current operating sources control the provider relationship; this page does not make a worker-classification conclusion.
